Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards of conduct required for all users on the Fanvue platform, whether they are Fans, Creators, or otherwise interact with the Platform. It governs what is and is not allowed on Fanvue, including but not limited to the uploading, posting, displaying, and sharing of content and other behaviour while using the Platform.

This Policy supplements the General Terms & Conditions and other applicable Fanvue Policies. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the General Terms, the terms of this Policy shall prevail for the specific subject matter it governs.

DEFINITIONS

“Prohibited Content” means any Content that violates the rules set out in this Policy.

1. GENERAL USE

All Users must only access Fanvue for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with this Policy.
Users must not:
1. Sell, rent, share or transfer their account, or content obtained via Fanvue, with anyone else.
2. Attempt to bypass any security or access restrictions on the Platform.
3. Misrepresent themselves, impersonate others, or mislead Users.
4. Stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone else.
5. Instigate, engage with, or contribute hate speach. Hate speech includes content intended to vilify, humiliate, or incite hatred or fear against a group based on race, ethnicity, etc., but excluding self-referential or empowering uses.
6. Engage in disruptive behaviors or Platform abuse like ‘flaming,’ ‘spamming,’ ‘flooding,’ ‘trolling,’ and ‘griefing,’ as understood by common internet terminology.
7. Use Fanvue for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Users under the age of 18, or those required to register as sex offenders, are prohibited from using the Platform.
Fanvue may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this Policy, as detailed in General Terms – Section 16 (Termination).

2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

1. GENERAL CONDUCT

Do not upload, share, show or promote:
1. Content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or that encourages violence or criminal acts.
2. Content featuring, involving, encouraging, or referencing exploitation or abuse of anyone under 18.
3. Content that you do not own or have legal rights to distribute.
Do not download any content from Fanvue unless a ‘download’ button is explicitly displayed next to that Content and intended use of the Platform.
Do not include any other individual unless you have obtained written documentation which confirms that all individuals shown or included or referred to in your Content are at least 18 years old, and you have verifiable consent from each individual to use their name or images (or both) in the Content, as referenced in our Co-Authored Content Policy;

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Do not depict, advertise, or promote firearms, weapons, or any goods whose sale, possession or use is subject to legal prohibitions or restrictions.
Do not show, promote, or refer to drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Do not promote self-harm or suicide.

3. SEXUAL & EXPLICIT CONTENT

Do not upload, post, or share content that depicts, advertises, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or solicits (real, simulated, or implied) sexual activities involving persons under the age of 18, incest, bestiality, violence, rape, lack of consent, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual assault, torture, sadomasochistic abuse, hardcore bondage, asphyxiation, extreme fisting, genital mutilation, necrophilia, consumption of urine, blood (including fake blood), scatological, vomit, excrement-related content, age-play, suggestions of underage participants, illegal prostitution, human trafficking, or escort services whether explicitly or by use of slang, symbols, acronyms, or abbreviations.
Do not upload, post, or share any other illegal behaviour or behaviours that may be considered obscene under applicable law.
Do not upload, post, or share “revenge porn”, which is defined as any sexually explicit material featuring individuals who have not given their prior, express and fully informed consent to that material (a) being taken, captured, or otherwise memorialized, and (b) being posted and shared on Fanvue.
Fails to mark sexually explicit content as “18+ Content” or “NSFW”, as required under the Community Guidelines.
Do not upload, post, or share content that either:
1. in the case of Content featuring public nudity, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a country, State or province where public nudity is illegal; or
2. in the case of Content featuring sexual activities, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to see the activities being performed (this does not include outdoor places where members of the public are not present, for example, private property such as a private backyard, or secluded areas in nature where members of the public are not present).

4. HATE SPEECH, HARASSMENT, AND DISCRIMINATION

Do not upload, post, or share content that contains hate speech or material intended to vilify, discriminate, humiliate, exclude, attack, threaten, or incite hatred, fear of, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity or expression, sex, immigration status, sexual orientation, caste, age, disability, serious diseases, veteran status or any other form of discrimination.
Do not upload, post, or share content that contains unsolicited sexual content or unsolicited language that sexually objectifies another User or anyone else in a non-consensual way or contains fake or manipulated sexual content in relation to another User or anyone else (including “deep fakes”);
Do not act in a way that is harmful, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, vulgar, violent, indecent, harassing, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, racially or ethnically offensive, likely to cause annoyance, intimidation, alarm, embarrassment, distress, discomfort, or inconvenience, or any content that, in the Company’s sole discretion, is otherwise inappropriate;

5. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA

Do not share anyone else’s personal data without their explicit written consent, including, but not limited to:
1. Names, identity documents, contact details, GPS/location data, bank information, or medical records.
2. Personal Identifying Information (PII) (email, home address, Identity Document information).
3. Data scraped from external sources or private databases.
4. Private or personal chat messages.

6. CONTENT AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY

Content shared on Fanvue must be:
1. Authentically produced by the Creator or their approved collaborators under Co-Authored Content Policy.
2. Accurate and not misleading or spam-like.
3. Not artificially inflating engagement metrics or falsely depicting live interactions.
4. Properly disclosed if generated using AI or synthetic tools, per Community Guidelines – AI-Generated Media.

7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS

Do not give the impression that your content is endorsed by Fanvue or any other entity.
Do not use other media or methods, such as codewords or signals, to communicate anything violating this policy.
Do not engage in any activity that causes or is calculated to cause inconvenience or anxiety to anyone else or is likely to upset, embarrass, or cause serious offense to others.
Do not use the content to extract money or other benefits from anyone else in exchange for the removal of the content.
Do not engage in any activity that involves or promotes third-party commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, or job posting or employment ads without our prior express written consent from Fanvue team.

3. Community Guidelines

You must comply with any requirements set out in our Community Guidelines.

4. Referral System

Do not abuse the referral system by self-referring or referring an account owned by the same individual.

5. Security and Technical Constraints

Do not (or attempt to) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of Fanvue.
Do not use any ad-blocking software while browsing Fanvue.
Do not send more request messages to Fanvue’s servers in a given period than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a standard web browser.
Do not introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that may be malicious or technologically harmful.
Do not use Fanvue in a way that could adversely affect our systems or security or interfere with any other User’s use of Fanvue, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through Fanvue.
Do not use any automated program, tool or process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts) to access Fanvue or any server, network or system associated with Fanvue or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest or gather Content or information from Fanvue.
Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive the source code of Fanvue except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Do not knowingly introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material into content that may be malicious or technologically harmful.
Do not knowingly seek or act on any exploit of Fanvue systems, processed, tools or Services.
Do not use proxy servers, VPNs, or other anonymizing technologies to disguise your location for the purpose of engaging in payment abuse, referral fraud, or to bypass region-specific restrictions, safety measures, or compliance controls.

6. Intellectual Property and Other Rights

Respect the intellectual property rights of Creators, including by not recording, reproducing, sharing, communicating to the public, or otherwise distributing their Content without authorization.
Do not impersonate us, one of our employees, another User, or any other person or company or falsely state or suggest any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship between you and us or any other person or company.
Do not provide false account registration information or make unauthorized use of anyone else’s information or Content.
Do not reproduce, print, distribute, attempt to download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content, except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
Do not use the Fanvue name, logo or any related or similar names, logos, product and service names, designs, or slogans other than in the limited ways which are expressly permitted in terms of Service or with our prior written agreement.
Do not do anything that violates our or someone else’s rights, including intellectual property rights (examples of which are copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.

7. Breach Consequences

Fanvue reserves the right to:
1. Suspend or terminate accounts for violating this Policy, as set out in General Terms – Section 16 (Termination).
2. Revoke Creative User Balance or User Balance in part or in full, and may prevent withdrawals where there is a breach of these rules.
3. Refer criminal activity to law enforcement agencies.
All violations may be reviewed under Fanvue’s Complaints & Appeals Policy, which includes processes for user-submitted reports and internal investigation timeframes.
