Agency Conduct & Compliance Policy

This Policy outlines the standards of professional conduct expected from Agencies operating on Fanvue. It supplements the Agency Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Community Guidelines, and provides additional clarity on how Agencies must operate in a responsible, professional, and ethical manner when managing Creative Users or interacting with Fans on the Platform.
All defined terms used in this Policy have the meaning assigned in the General Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated.
1. GENERAL CONDUCT STANDARDS
1.1 Professional Behaviour
- Agencies must:
- Act with honesty, transparency, and integrity in all dealings with Creative Users, Team Members, and Fans;
- Ensure communication conducted on behalf of a Creator is respectful and does not misrepresent the Creator’s identity or intent;
- Provide a consistent, high-quality experience for Fans on the Creator’s behalf.
- Agencies are expected to:
- Respond to Creator and Fan queries in a timely and respectful manner;
- Avoid tactics that may damage the Creator’s reputation or erode Fan trust;
- Conduct themselves as stewards of the Creator’s account and reputation.
2. OPERATIONAL CONDUCT
2.1 Platform Usage
- Agencies must:
- Use Fanvue’s official Agency tools for Creator account management;
- Only assign Team Members through the approved sub-account features;
- Refrain from logging into Creator accounts directly without using Fanvue’s native permissions systems.
- Agencies are prohibited from:
- Circumventing platform tools or withdrawal structures;
- Misrepresenting Fanvue affiliation, endorsement, or support;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass any platform feature or restriction.
3. CONTENT AND MESSAGING
3.1 Creator Representation
- Agencies must not:
- Pretend to be the Creator in any fan-facing conversation;
- Falsely suggest that the Creator is available or online when they are not;
- Use deceptive messaging tactics to solicit purchases or interactions.
- All promotional or message content managed by the Agency must:
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy;
- Reflect the tone and boundaries established by the Creator;
- Avoid sexually aggressive, manipulative, or exploitative phrasing.
4. INTERNAL TEAM COMPLIANCE
4.1 Team Member Management
- Agencies are responsible for ensuring that all Team Members:
- Are properly vetted and trained;
- Operate within the scope of their assigned access and duties;
- Comply with all Fanvue Policies.
- Misconduct by any Team Member will be treated as misconduct by the Agency.
- Agencies must have clear internal controls for:
- Assigning, monitoring, and revoking Team Member access;
- Investigating and escalating any internal misconduct;
- Cooperating with Fanvue in the event of a platform investigation.
5. COMPLIANCE MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
5.1 Performance and Behaviour Review
- Fanvue may monitor Agencies based on:
- Creator satisfaction and retention;
- Fan complaints or reports;
- Message quality, tone, and moderation results;
- Technical usage of Fanvue tools and features.
- Agencies may be subject to warning, strike, suspension, or termination in line with the Agency Terms of Service.
- Verified Agency status may be revoked at any time where there is evidence of:
- Declining conduct standards;
- Abusive messaging behaviour;
- Repeated low-quality interactions with Fans.
