Agency Earnings & Payouts Policy

This Policy sets out the rules and expectations governing earnings and payouts to Agencies on Fanvue. It applies only to Agencies that have passed full KYB verification and have been approved to use the Payment Split functionality.

This Policy supplements the Agency Terms of Service, Creator Terms of Service, and other applicable Fanvue Policies. In the event of conflict, this Policy shall prevail for the specific subject matter it governs.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR EARNINGS

1.1 KYB Verification Required

  1. Only Agencies that have completed and passed full Know Your Business (KYB) verification are eligible to:
    1. Be assigned a Payment Split by a Creative User;
    2. Receive a direct payout from Fanvue;
    3. Access platform-level payout configuration tools.
  2. Agencies without KYB approval must handle all commercial arrangements off-platform, and will not receive funds through Fanvue.

2. PAYMENT SPLITS

2.1 Overview

  1. Fanvue facilitates Payment Splits, enabling a portion of a Creative User’s earnings to be allocated directly to a verified Agency.
  2. All Payment Splits:
    1. Must be configured through the Fanvue platform;
    2. Require the consent of the Creative User;
    3. Are platform-native and override any private financial arrangement for earnings processed via Fanvue.

2.2 Split Management

  1. Creators may:
    1. Assign, modify, or revoke a Payment Split at any time;
    2. Retain control over the allocation percentage.
  2. Agencies:
    1. May not unilaterally modify or enforce Payment Splits;
    2. Are responsible for ensuring that agreements made with Creators are reflected correctly on the Platform;
    3. Must not circumvent or pressure Creators into altering split arrangements.

3. PAYOUTS TO AGENCIES

3.1 Settlement and Access

  1. Agency earnings are:
    1. Subject to the same 7-day settlement period as Creative User earnings;
    2. Credited to the Agency’s internal balance;
    3. Categorised under a distinct label (e.g. AGENCY_SPLIT) in the earnings dashboard.
  2. Agencies may:
    1. Withdraw earnings using the same payout methods available to Creative Users;
    2. View split earnings data via the agency dashboard and transaction history.

3.2 Fees, Currency & Minimums

  1. Agency payouts may be subject to:
    1. Third-party processing or foreign exchange fees;
    2. Minimum withdrawal thresholds, as defined by Fanvue;
    3. Regulatory or compliance withholding in specific jurisdictions.
  2. All payouts are made in the currency configured on the Agency’s account and are exclusive of VAT or sales tax unless otherwise stated.

4. OFF-PLATFORM PAYMENTS

  1. This Policy applies only to earnings processed and paid through Fanvue.
  2. Fanvue does not moderate, verify, or enforce any external service agreements or payments between Creators and Agencies made off-platform.
  3. Agencies and Creators are responsible for resolving any external disputes privately.

5. ENFORCEMENT

  1. Fanvue reserves the right to:
    1. Withhold earnings if fraud, abuse, or terms violations are detected;
    2. Suspend Payment Split functionality in the event of dispute, chargeback, or audit;
    3. Revoke payout access for Agencies found to have breached platform policies or engaged in unauthorised commercial activity.
  2. Agencies must maintain up-to-date payment information and compliance status to ensure uninterrupted payout access.
