Agency–Fanvue Agreement

This Agreement outlines the relationship between Fanvue and any Agency operating on the Platform using Fanvue’s native Agency tools. It applies specifically to Verified Agencies that have completed KYB verification and are authorised to use Fanvue’s agency infrastructure to manage multiple Creative User accounts.

This Agreement supplements the Agency Terms of Service, Agency–Talent Agreement, and all other Fanvue Policies. It does not form a commercial partnership or employment relationship between Fanvue and the Agency.

1. PLATFORM EXPECTATIONS

  1. Fanvue expects all Verified Agencies to:
    1. Deliver a consistently high-quality operational experience to the Creative Users they manage;
    2. Maintain respectful, professional conduct with Creators, Fans, and Fanvue personnel;
    3. Comply fully with Fanvue’s verification, moderation, and performance requirements.
  2. Agencies must not:
    1. Misrepresent their affiliation with Fanvue or imply endorsement;
    2. Use Fanvue’s platform or branding to attract third-party business without written permission;
    3. Circumvent Fanvue’s tools or payment systems.

2. FANVUE’S RIGHTS AND POSITION

  1. Fanvue retains the right to:
    1. Review an Agency’s platform-level performance and conduct;
    2. Suspend or revoke Verified status without notice if trust is lost;
    3. Deny access to features or financial tools if the Agency presents legal, reputational, or technical risk.
  2. Fanvue is not:
    1. A party to any off-platform commercial agreement between a Creative User and an Agency;
    2. Responsible for enforcing contractual terms related to off-platform payments, services, or revenue-sharing.

3. FANVUE’S ROLE IN DISPUTES

  1. In the event of a dispute between a Creator and an Agency:
    1. Fanvue may, at its sole discretion, provide technical logs, access history, and platform-level evidence to support resolution;
    2. Fanvue is not responsible for arbitration or legal mediation;
    3. Fanvue will not enforce private contracts but may take action where platform misuse has occurred.
  2. Fanvue may also:
    1. Support Verified Agencies where a Creator has demonstrably breached the Agency–Talent Agreement;
    2. Issue platform-level restrictions to Creators in rare cases where abuse of an Agency can be clearly evidenced;
    3. Help facilitate creator disassociation or dispute recovery as part of Fanvue’s trust and safety function.

4. NO PARTNERSHIP CREATED

  1. This Agreement does not:
    1. Create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Fanvue and the Agency;
    2. Grant the Agency any commercial licence, exclusivity, or endorsement;
    3. Guarantee continued access to Fanvue’s platform or products.
  2. Fanvue may amend or withdraw this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.
