INTRODUCTION

The Fanvue Creator Academy offers educational courses designed to help Creative Users grow their presence and earnings on the Fanvue platform. Courses are hosted and delivered through our dedicated platform at course.fanvuecreatoracademy.com. This Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of all courses offered by Fanvue (“Courses”).

This Policy supplements the General Terms & Conditions and other applicable Fanvue Policies. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the General Terms, the terms of this Policy shall prevail for the specific subject matter it governs.

All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned in the General Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated.

DEFINITIONS

“Course” means any educational program, training material, or instructional content offered by Fanvue through the Fanvue Creator Academy at course.fanvuecreatoracademy.com.

“Course Completion” means finishing 100% of all modules, lessons, and required activities within a Course as tracked by our system.

“Earnings” means gross revenue generated through your Fanvue account before any platform fees, taxes, or other deductions.

“Course Start Date” means the date you first access any Course content after purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  1. Courses are available exclusively to Creative Users with active Fanvue accounts.
  2. You must meet the following requirements to purchase and access Courses:
    1. Be at least 18 years of age
    2. Have successfully completed KYC verification on Fanvue
    3. Maintain an active Fanvue account in good standing
    4. Comply with all Creator Terms & Conditions
  3. The following individuals are not eligible to purchase Courses:
    1. Fanvue employees, contractors, or affiliates
    2. Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated
    3. Users located in jurisdictions where Fanvue services are restricted

2. COURSE ACCESS & DELIVERY

  1. Courses are hosted on our dedicated learning platform at course.fanvuecreatoracademy.com.
  2. Upon successful purchase, Course access credentials will be delivered via email to your registered email address within 15 minutes.
  3. You are responsible for:
    1. Providing a valid, accessible email address at checkout
    2. Ensuring your email service does not block communications from Fanvue
    3. Maintaining the confidentiality of your Course access credentials
  4. Course access is granted for your individual use only and:
    1. Is non-transferable and may not be shared with others
    2. May not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed
    3. Is subject to the intellectual property restrictions in Section 7
  5. Technical requirements for Course access include:
    1. Stable internet connection
    2. Compatible device and web browser
    3. Active Fanvue Creator account

3. RISK-FREE GUARANTEE

  1. Fanvue offers a conditional money-back guarantee for eligible Courses (“Risk-Free Guarantee”).
  2. The Risk-Free Guarantee applies only to Courses explicitly marketed with this guarantee.
  3. To qualify for a refund under the Risk-Free Guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
    1. Complete 100% of the Course content and all required actions
    2. Provide a completed worksheet documenting all actions outlined in the Course
    3. Not earn the specified earnings target of $5,000 USD on Fanvue within the specified 60 day timeframe from Course Completion
    4. Submit your refund request within 90 day deadline from your Course Start Date
  4. “Earnings” for guarantee purposes refers to all gross earnings generated during the measurement period, not lifetime earnings or withdrawals.

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

  1. To request a refund under the Risk-Free Guarantee:
    1. Email course@fanvue.com with the subject line: “Risk-Free Course Refund Request”
    2. Include your Fanvue Creator username and Course purchase receipt
    3. Attach your completed Course worksheet showing all actions taken
    4. Send the request from your Fanvue-registered email address
  2. Fanvue will review your request and may:
    1. Verify your Course Completion status through our tracking system
    2. Review your account earnings during the guarantee period
    3. Request additional documentation or evidence of Course implementation
    4. Take up to 14 business days to process your request
  3. Refund requests will be denied if:
    1. You have not completed 100% of the Course
    2. You cannot provide proof of implementing Course strategies
    3. Your earnings meet or exceed the guarantee threshold
    4. Your request is submitted after the deadline
    5. You have violated any Fanvue policies or engaged in fraudulent activity

5. COURSE CONTENT & UPDATES

  1. Course content is provided for educational purposes only and:
    1. Does not guarantee specific earnings or results
    2. Reflects strategies and information current at the time of creation
    3. May not be suitable for all Creative Users or content types
  2. Fanvue reserves the right to:
    1. Update, modify, or improve Course content at any time
    2. Add or remove modules, lessons, or features
    3. Change Course pricing or availability
    4. Discontinue Courses with reasonable notice

6. LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

  1. No Earnings Guarantee: While Courses provide education and strategies, Fanvue cannot and does not guarantee:
    1. Any specific level of earnings or fan acquisition
    2. Success on the platform beyond what the Course teaches
    3. Results from factors outside Fanvue’s control
  2. Results Vary: Your results will depend on numerous factors including:
    1. Your effort and consistency in implementing Course strategies
    2. The quality and type of content you create
    3. Market conditions and fan preferences
    4. Your compliance with platform policies
    5. External marketing efforts and investments
  3. No Professional Advice: Courses do not constitute:
    1. Financial, tax, or legal advice
    2. Guaranteed business strategies
    3. Professional consulting services

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, worksheets, and materials, is owned by Fanvue and protected by copyright laws.
  2. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
    1. Access and view Course content for personal educational use
    2. Download permitted materials for offline viewing
    3. Implement strategies taught in the Course for your Fanvue account
  3. You may NOT:
    1. Copy, reproduce, or distribute Course content
    2. Create derivative works based on Course materials
    3. Share access credentials or Course content with others
    4. Use Course content for teaching or commercial purposes
    5. Reverse engineer or attempt to extract Course content
  4. Violation of these intellectual property restrictions may result in:
    1. Immediate termination of Course access
    2. Suspension or termination of your Fanvue account
    3. Legal action for copyright infringement

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Compliance Required: Your use of Courses is subject to:
    1. All applicable Fanvue policies and terms
    2. Truthful representation in all Course-related matters
    3. Good faith implementation of Course strategies
  2. Abuse Prevention: The following actions constitute policy abuse:
    1. Submitting false or misleading refund requests
    2. Manipulating earnings data or Course completion status
    3. Sharing or reselling Course access
    4. Using Courses for competitive intelligence gathering
  3. Consequences of Abuse: Fanvue may respond to policy violations by:
    1. Denying refund requests
    2. Revoking Course access
    3. Suspending or terminating your Fanvue account
    4. Pursuing legal remedies

9. MODIFICATIONS & GOVERNING LAW

  1. Fanvue reserves the right to modify these Course Terms at any time.
  2. Continued use of Courses after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
  3. These Course Terms are governed by the laws specified in the General Terms & Conditions.
  4. Any disputes arising from Courses shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures in the General Terms.
