April 14, 2025 – Minor Updates to Complaints Policy

The Complaints Policy has been revised to follow Fanvue’s policy documentation framework and improve clarity, formatting, and user expectations. These updates do not change the substance of the policy but improve its consistency and procedural transparency.

What’s changed?

  • Reformatted into the standard Fanvue policy layout with numbered sections.
  • Added missing definition for Appeal and clarified who may submit a Complaint.
  • Improved guidance on supporting evidence for Complaints and clarified expectations for responses.
  • Expanded the Appeals section to include clearer submission standards and review timelines.
  • Added references to related policies, including General Terms – Section 16 (Termination), Privacy Policy, and DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.
  • Reinforced anti-abuse language in the Misuse of This Policy section for both Users and non-Users.
