  • Added VPN/proxy ban for fraud, region bypassing, and referral abuse.
  • Moved tone-setting guidance to the Community Guidelines for better clarity.
  • Linked violations to formal enforcement paths and cross-policy references.

April 12, 2025 – Major Updates to General Terms & Conditions

The General Terms & Conditions have been updated across Sections 8 to 18 to improve clarity, scalability, and alignment with Fanvue’s new modular policy structure.

What’s new?

  • Added rules for sharing media externally via Media Links.
  • Clarified content ownership and AI content moderation responsibilities.
  • Rewrote Licence Restrictions to prevent misuse and clarify legal exceptions.
  • Replaced embedded Acceptable Use Restrictions with a direct reference to our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Introduced User Reinstatement Process and clarified that reasons for suspensions may not be disclosed.
  • Aligned all legal jurisdiction and language references with UK law and Shift Holdings Ltd as the only contracting party.
