- Added VPN/proxy ban for fraud, region bypassing, and referral abuse.
- Moved tone-setting guidance to the Community Guidelines for better clarity.
- Linked violations to formal enforcement paths and cross-policy references.
April 12, 2025 – Major Updates to General Terms & Conditions
The General Terms & Conditions have been updated across Sections 8 to 18 to improve clarity, scalability, and alignment with Fanvue’s new modular policy structure.
What’s new?
- Added rules for sharing media externally via Media Links.
- Clarified content ownership and AI content moderation responsibilities.
- Rewrote Licence Restrictions to prevent misuse and clarify legal exceptions.
- Replaced embedded Acceptable Use Restrictions with a direct reference to our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Introduced User Reinstatement Process and clarified that reasons for suspensions may not be disclosed.
- Aligned all legal jurisdiction and language references with UK law and Shift Holdings Ltd as the only contracting party.
