New Policy Added
We’ve added a new App Store Reviews Policy covering the rules for reviews left by Users on apps published in the Fanvue App Store.
What’s changed?
- Reviews are only accepted from Users who have genuinely used the app, and each review is verified against a genuine usage record before publication
- Sets out the content that is not allowed in reviews (including fake, deceptive, or incentivised reviews, spam, abuse, and anything breaching our Community Guidelines)
- Confirms the grounds on which we will not remove a review (pricing or value opinions, feature complaints, and low ratings without text)
- Explains that App Builders may post one public reply per review, and how you can report a review you believe breaches the Policy
