April 30, 2025 – Clarified Pending Period for Creator Payouts

We’ve updated the Creator Earnings & Payouts Policy to provide greater clarity on how the Pending Period for earnings works before funds become eligible for withdrawal.

What’s changed?

  • Clarified that the standard Pending Period is 7 days, but it may be extended up to 28 days depending on account activity and verification status.
  • Explained that the applicable Pending Period is determined by Fanvue’s internal risk and fraud prevention systems.
  • Reiterated that these timelines are in place to protect both Creators and the platform.

📌 This change doesn’t affect most Creators but gives clearer context for those it does.

April 30, 2025 – Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Added for US Users

We’ve added a new section to our General Terms & Conditions to explain how certain legal disputes will be handled in the United States. This update helps clarify our approach to resolving rare legal disagreements in a fair, efficient, and individual way.

What’s new?

  • Added a new section titled “Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver” for US-based users.
  • US-based users now agree to resolve most disputes (if any arise) through individual arbitration instead of court.
  • This update does not affect most users and only applies if you’re located in the United States.
  • Non-US users continue to be covered under the existing English and Welsh legal jurisdiction.

📘 This is a standard legal clause widely used by many platforms. It doesn’t change how we operate — just how we’d resolve a dispute in the unlikely event that one ever occurs.
