June 24, 2025 – Identity Verification Added for Support-Requested Account Deletions

We’ve updated the General Terms & Conditions to clarify our security procedures when users request account deletion through our support team rather than using the Platform’s self-service options.

What’s changed?

  • Added language to Section 16 (Account Suspension and Termination) specifying that additional verification may be required for account deletion requests made through customer support.
  • This security measure helps protect users against unauthorised account removal by ensuring requests are made by the legitimate account owner.
  • The change only applies to deletion requests made via support team contact — users can still delete their accounts directly through Platform settings without additional verification.
