23rd June 2026 – New Online Complaints Form for Legal Complaints
We’ve introduced a single online complaints form for legal complaints and updated the relevant policies to use it.
What’s changed?
Complaints Policy
- Added our online complaints form as a route for legal complaints, including those under the UK Online Safety Act and the EU Digital Services Act, and added a signpost to the Non-consensual Intimate Image Takedown Policy.
DMCA Policy
- DMCA notices and counter-notices are now submitted through the online complaints form.
Non-consensual Intimate Image Takedown Policy
- NCII removal requests are now submitted through the online complaints form.
Why?
A single, structured form makes it quicker and clearer to raise copyright, intimate-image, and other legal complaints, and helps us route and respond to them consistently. General queries can still be raised through our usual support channels.
