# Policies For Fanvue Checkout

Welcome to the **Fanvue Checkout Policy Hub**. **Fanvue Checkout** lets approved **Sellers** sell digital products and services through secure, Fanvue-hosted checkout pages. The policies below govern how Fanvue Checkout works for both **Buyers** and **Sellers**, and sit alongside our platform-wide policies.

## Key Policies

#### [Buyer Terms](/checkout-buyer-terms)

#### [Seller Terms](/checkout-seller-terms)

#### [Instalment Terms](/checkout-instalment-terms)

#### [Prohibited & Restricted Products](/checkout-prohibited-products)

## How These Policies Fit Together

* The [**Buyer Terms**](/checkout-buyer-terms) apply to anyone purchasing through a Checkout Link, and explain who you are buying from, how payment works, and how refunds and disputes are handled.
* The [**Seller Terms**](/checkout-seller-terms) apply to anyone approved to sell through Fanvue Checkout, and set out onboarding, listing, fulfilment, and compliance obligations.
* The [**Instalment Terms**](/checkout-instalment-terms) apply where a buyer chooses to pay in scheduled instalments rather than in one payment, and explain how authorisations, payments, cancellation, and refunds work on an instalment plan.
* The [**Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy**](/checkout-prohibited-products) sets out what may and may not be sold through Fanvue Checkout.
* The [**General Terms & Conditions**](/terms-conditions) and other applicable [**Fanvue Policies**](/welcome) continue to apply to your use of Fanvue.
