## Co-Authored Content Policy Updates

We've updated our **Co-Authored Content Policy** to make the rules around featuring other people clearer and to set out what happens if the Policy is breached.

### What's changed?

* Clarified Section 1 so that **any** person featured in your content (visually, audibly, or otherwise) is covered, whether or not they are recognisable.
* Added a clause to Section 2 confirming that you must obtain a third party's permission before uploading any content featuring them.
* Added a new **Section 4 (Breaches and Account Moderation)** setting out that breaches may lead to content or account suspension or removal, a ban on opening further accounts, and, for serious breaches involving unlawful conduct, referral to law enforcement.

### Why?

These updates make it easier to understand who needs to consent before appearing in content, and give you a clear picture of the consequences of breaching the Policy.
