## Clarified Pending Period for Creator Payouts

We’ve updated the Creator Earnings & Payouts Policy to provide greater clarity on how the Pending Period for earnings works before funds become eligible for withdrawal.

### What’s changed?

* Clarified that the standard **Pending Period is 7 days**, but it may be **extended up to 28 days** depending on account activity and verification status.
* Explained that the applicable Pending Period is determined by Fanvue’s internal risk and fraud prevention systems.
* Reiterated that these timelines are in place to protect both Creators and the platform.

📌 This change doesn’t affect most Creators but gives clearer context for those it does.
