The Standard Contract Between Fan and Creator has been comprehensively updated to reflect Fanvue’s regulatory position and clarify the legal structure underpinning all Fan transactions.

### What’s new?

* Rewritten to clarify that Fanvue is not an EMI or Payment Institution and does not process payments on behalf of Creators.
* Fans pay Fanvue for a view-only licence, granted via Fanvue under a distribution licence from the Creator.
* Strengthened definitions to align with legal and licensing terminology used across all Fanvue documentation.
* Improved guidance on licence expiry conditions, Fan/Creator obligations, and jurisdictional clarity for disputes.
* Added links to Creator Earnings & Payout Policy and General Terms – Section 4 (Licence) for integrated cross-referencing.
